Highly recommend this place! The place was beautiful! It is very peaceful and quiet. Amanda is a great host! She was very responsive and offers extra amenities to make the stay more romantic for couples looking for a romantic get away. Amanda gave easy to follow instructions to get to the place. Traveling to get food was much closer than expecting. I would recommend for anyone planning to stay in the summer to bring bug spray and another fan for upstairs.

What an amazing couple days in NW Pennsylvania! The Airbnb was immaculate, cozy and peaceful. The king bed was so comfortable and completely enhanced by waking up amongst the tree tops out the windows. I enjoyed relaxing evenings amongst the woods with a fire, wine and music. The sounds of the crackling fire, owls off in the distance and the gentle wind among the pines was amazing. Would highly recommend a stay here if you want to just get away for a couple days or spend some quality time with your partner. Not to mention there a few great breweries close by, and of course Cook Forest and the Clarion River. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

Perfect location & the place was great

The Hemlock evergreen was a beautiful and intricate estate my overall favorite part with the unique woodwork all around the perimeter of the house but don’t get it twisted the interior did not fall short. I was most nervous prebooking about the privacy but come arrival I was assured around the area there wasn’t a soul except my fiancé and the birds 😂. Overall, my stay at the Hemlock Evergreen was one to die for and would definitely do it again. Highly recommend. Highly recommend and the host Amanda and her husband were both great.

Overall the cabin was great for a couple’s weekend getaway or a small family with young children. The location was within reasonable driving distance to hiking trails and other local attractions. The location is not very well marked and we would not have found it in the dark. There is no sign to turn onto Salmon Creek Road and there is no sign to turn into the driveway leading up to the property which is hidden from the road. We had to call Amanda to find the cabin. The bed in the room without the bunkbeds is not a queen size bed as listed but is rather a double/full-size bed that should be changed in the listing. Also it should be noted that the bathroom which although nicely remodeled is not in the main cabin so it does not get air-conditioning and is very very hot in the summer. For these reasons I cannot give it more than three stars for being worth the price.

Comfortable and quaint cottage Positive: Good location near good hikes. The cottage was not fancy but was a good value and had everything we needed. Not in the woods, but backs up to a wooded area and has a nice deck.

Clean, comfortable cabin that was just as advertised and close to many attractions. Positive: Great location near Cook State Forest. Negative: No, issues at all. Liked it as is.
